Starring Shobnom Bubly and Sariful Razz in pivotal roles, "Deyaler Desh" showcases Mishuk Moni's multifaceted talents as he not only directs but also takes charge of the script and dialogues for this government-granted project, alongside co-producing it.
Sariful Razz expressed his admiration for the film's narrative, saying, "The story of 'Deyaler Desh' resonated deeply with me, compelling my involvement in the project. Actors often peruse numerous scripts, but it's rare to encounter one as compelling and meticulously crafted as this. I'm confident that our collective efforts will exceed audience expectations."
Meanwhile, Shobnom Bubly shared her insights into the character-driven nature of the film, stating, "I was captivated by the story from the outset. Unlike anything I've worked on before, 'Deyaler Desh' challenged me to embody a character authentically, transcending the confines of traditional commercial cinema. Our director's guidance and my fellow actors' support have been invaluable in bringing this character to life."
The dedication to authenticity and storytelling extends beyond the lead cast, with Azizul Hakim, Saberi Alam, Swagata, and Shahadat Hossain among the ensemble.
Deyaler Desh - User Reviews
I understand that you are sharing your opinion on a movie or short film that you recently watched and you didn't find it worth the hype. According to you, the storytelling was boring and the editing lacked attention to detail. You pointed out some specific issues that you found in the film, such as a flashback scene where the two leads meet for the first time in 2012 with a metro rail ad in the background, which you found unsuitable for the location. Additionally, you noticed that in a scene where Bubly and Raj were talking to each other, their lips didn't move while they were talking, which made you think that the scene wasn't shot for it and the recording was added later. Lastly, you mentioned that Raj took out a sari he bought for Bubly from a shopping bag of a "shoe store", which was confusing for you. You expressed your surprise that such a half-baked content is being praised in 2024.
